Ired by untruthful, inaccurate police reports, Angela Rucker takes on investigation of brother’s attack and arrest

This post lays out information that Angela obtained after locating witnesses to the April 28 attack on her brother, Ivory Rucker. It is obvious after reading this information, that none of the witness accounts of the incident line up with what the arresting officer wrote on his lengthy narrative NOR his supplemental narrative written several days after the incident.
What happened here? We compare information obtained by Angela Rucker versus information in the Arresting Officer’s written report.

Confronted with the question of how a violent attack and beating resulted in the victim — her mentally ill brother, Ivory Rucker getting arrested, Angela Rucker set out to interview witnesses, take statements and correct the inconsistencies, lies and inaccuracies on the police reports about the issue.

On May 1, just days after her brother was brutally attacked by the brother and boyfriend of State Representative Dar’shun Kendrick, Angela found 3 witnesses who were available and ready to talk.

According to notes Rucker located three (3) witnesses:

Ty: 678-521-1103 (a youngster who witnessed the incident;
Alfredo: who works at Hotel witnessed the incident
The Maid: who works at hotel, saw the fight, broke up the attack and call the police.

Angela Rucker noted: “A young boy said that 2 men showed him a picture and asked if he knew this man. The boy said he lives right there and pointed to my brother’s room. Javaris and Sidney then took off running and began hitting my brother. When he fell they began kicking him. The maid got between them because she feared they would kill him. The men told her to stay out of it or she could get hurt. She didn’t move. Thank God!

While they were hitting him one said “This is for my sister!” Ty said they looked like SWAT. He thought it was staged because it happened so fast. He was hit in the head while on the ground in front of (unrecognizable word) Alfredo was surprised they (the police) let the two men go who assaulted my brother.”
