| What you will view in this post is a copy of papers that were presented to Angela Rucker that indicate that Ivory was indicted on May 11, 2018. Yet, in reality, Angela was later informed by her attorney, that Ivory had NOT been indicted. Another important aspect of this misrepresentation is in so far as the “Indictment” is dated May 11, 2018, this action would have PRE-DATED any psychiatric evaluation required by Georgia law to determine Ivory’s fitness to stand trial. And to this very day 12/16/2019, Ivory has not been arraigned, indicted, tried or convicted or sentenced for this crime. The document is available as a pdf download. |
