This is the surveillance video dated April 28, 2018 around 2:25 PM. This video documents the brutal beating of Ivory Rucker. As you can see that about 18 seconds into the video, Rucker is walking on the 2nd floor of the building; The two men mount the stairs from the parking lot and approach him from behind. He is first ambushed by one man, and then a second man approaches from behind. The two men both commence to pummel him by kicking in the head, punching, and other blows. Rucker doesn’t even attempt to defend himself from these aggressive attacks. Instead, he assumes a fetal position. As the video documents, they beat him for about four minutes, until someone else who looks to be a police officer of some kind, intervenes. The two men are later identified as the brother and boyfriend of Dar’shun Kendrick; but, in a televised interview, Kendrick denies sending these men to attack Rucker. You Think?
